The counties of Durham and Northumberland; the metropolitan districts of Gateshead, Newcastle upon Tyne, North Tyneside, South Tyneside and Sunderland; the non-metropolitan districts of Darlington, Middlesbrough, Redcar and Cleveland, and Stockton-on-Tees.

Former Regional Director Keith Griffiths says:

The North East Region of the FBE has had an extremely successful beginning to 2009, and a highly motivated committee is continuing to develop an exciting series of networking events for the rest of the year. We can truly say that we are the North East’s Premier Business Generation and Networking club for the property and construction industry.

In Newcastle we have breakfast events set up on topics such as Tees Valley Regeneration and the Middlesborough/Stockton initiative. We have an increased number of social events such as wine tasting, white water rafting and clay pigeon shooting set up and will hopefully be hosting a series of evening technical events. Our Golf day will be in June and our annual dinner is in November.

We are hoping to develop the FBE – Forum for Tomorrow for Younger Professionals, in the North East over the next few months.
